I chose this hotel for attending a meeting and was pleased to find that they provided irons/ironing boards in the guest accommodations. It made it convenient for me to have my business attire looking professional for the event.

The one service I missed for my work was a business center. It would have been helpful to have access to printing and copying facilities without having to leave the hotel premises.

The keys via an app were mind-blowing! The amount of space in the flat was super, with jaw-dropping decor. The well-equipped kitchen, including orange juice and milk, was a pleasant surprise. The location was fantastic, close to shops, bars, and restaurants. Laura the housekeeper was lovely. The living room was huge and comfortable, although the dining table was a bit small. the accommodation exceeded our expectations and had everything we needed for a great stay. Plus, it was great to have tea/coffee/milk on arrival. The nearby shops and eateries were convenient. Also, being close to transport options made exploring the city easy. The apartment was well-fitted and comfortable, perfect for families. Communication with the owner was very good and any issues were quickly resolved.

The electronic lock system provided a sense of security, and the three separate rooms with double beds gave us the privacy and space we needed. The amenities provided, such as tea/coffee/milk on arrival, made our weekend stay even more enjoyable. Although the apartment was well-equipped, the kitchen could have been a bit more attentive to detail. It would have been nice to have more cleaning supplies provided, as well as a more thorough cleaning of the drawers under the oven.

Lovely local cafes, lots of wonderful delicatessens, small restaurants, and boutiques make this a great base to explore from. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Hyde Park and St James Park. It's like being in a vibrant oasis!

We got incredible value for our money with this beautiful, clean and tidy flat in a great, quiet location. The staff were fantastic - the owner and housekeeper were quick to respond to our queries and provided great communication. The location was perfect, with easy access to multiple tube stations and plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. it felt like a home away from home.

I always come back to this amazing place in Westminster. They have been so helpful, even helping me exchange money on my first stay. The amenities like Wi-Fi, off-site car park, dryer, and electric kettle are just perfect for me. Looking forward to coming back for Easter!
